Siamo lieti di annunciare l'ingresso della
band milanese LONG DONG SILVER
nel roster della Garbege Dump Agency.
Una delle migliori live band italiane di sempre, fresca del
debut album "Bound To Bleed"
(edito da Scarey Records) e pronta ad incendiare i palchi di
tutta Europa con il loro mix di Turbonegro, Mondo Generator
e Dead Boys!!!
Teneteli d'occhio...
non vi deluderanno.
SAUZIPF ROCK
Tre bands della scuderia Garbage
Dump sono state invitate a suonare al prossimo Sauzipf Rock,
prestigioso festival che si svolgerà i prossimi 8 e 9 Agosto
nella meravigliosa cornice naturale della Carinzia
(Döbriach - Austria).
Le bands coinvolte sono i bolognesi Alix
(impegnati nella promozione del nuovo album "Good 1"
prodotto da Steve Albini), i romani Doomraiser
ed i pescaresi Zippo.
Finalmente anche la scena italiana inizia ad essere riconosciuta
a livello europeo.

music is simply awesome.
Imagine the first version on Fu-Manchu meeting
John Garcia’s Unida, mix it up with Master Of
Reality and Spirit Caravan vibes and transport
back everything to the 70’s…that’s the music of
ALIX,
the “Italian Psychedelic Groove Rock Band”!!!
Formed more than 10 years ago, ALIX
already done 4 albums: “Alix” (1997), “Cuore In
Bocca” (1999), “Nessun Brivido” (2001) and “Ground”

all over the world, it also took KKKK on the magazine
KERRANG!).
Promoting this last one they toured a lot in Europe,
getting well know in the European “stoner-rock” circuit.
The first step of their career was in 2000 when they
played at the Heineken Jammin’ Festival in Imola (Italy)
opening for bands like Muse, Guano Apes, Primal Scream
and Rage Against The Machine!!!
In 2003 they toured Europe with Pawnshop and Dozer,
in 2004 they were again on the road supporting the mighty
Wino’s The Hidden Hand on their European tour!!!
In 2005, 2006 and 2007 ALIX
performed a massive number of live shows around
Italy and Europe to get ready to record the new album.
The recording session started on 10th February 2008
at the Red House Recordings Studio with the great
STEVE ALBINI behind
the mixer.
STEVE ALBINI
(already at work with bands like Nirvana, Stooges, Pixies,
Fugazi, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Jesus Lizard, John
Spencer Blues Explosion, Melt Banana, Neurosis, Uzeda,
Shellac and many more!!!) will record, mix and master
the new ALIX’s
album that will be ready around march/april 2008.
